Amanda M. Antonino, 29, of Bozrah was charged Wednesday with speeding, failure to carry insurance, failure to notify officials of changed address and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Frank I. Kelly, 23, of 959 Shewville Road was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and failure to have a lit stop lamp.

David Dozier, 29, of 59 Broad St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Pamela Brown, 33, of 40 Hobart Ave., No. 5, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Rashad Pauley, 24, of 450 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Tracy Guilfoil, 40, of 3 Donna St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Paul Zujus, 52, of 134 Kitemaug Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.
