David A. Tolbert, 53, of 43R Long Pond Road South, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Devon L. Patterson Jr., 20, of 168 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, illegal sale of a controlled substance, failure to keep narcotics in an original container, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of a weapon in a vehicle.

David P. Currier, 41, of 390 Long Hill Road, was charged Friday with breach of peace and second-degree assault.

Rachel E. Bewlay, 24, of 267 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Penny Lee Maine, 55, of no known address, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

Miguel Rodriguez-Liranzo, 31, of 164 Willetts Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and reckless driving.

Daniel Anton, 37, of 259 Mil Creek Road, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Anthony Page, 57, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Luis Cartagena, 51, of 281 State St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving, sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Nicholas Ladyga, 20, of 392 Beach Pond Road, Voluntown, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Adam Cregeur, 32, of 4 Central Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.
