Christopher M. Parks, 30, of 44 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 23, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Tyler Fettes, 21, of 12 Ironwood Lane, Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Richard P. Jarvis, 38, of 320 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with violation of a protective order.

Coyt Taylor, 56, of 8 Woodland Drive was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

Geno Esponda, 63, of East Haven was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
