Jason Rodriguez, 41, of 65 Federal St., No. 16, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Gillis, 40, of 309 Crystal Ave., No. 9E, was charged Thursday with public indecency and breach of peace.

Gregory Williams, 33, of no certain address was charged Thursday with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raheeim General, 33, of 36 Truman St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Ronald Hart, 34, of 547 Bank St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order, first-degree trespassing and three counts of violation of probation.

Fouad Daher, 31, of Millbury, Mass., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hector Luis Quinones, 40, of 520 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with cruelty to animals.

Morgan Lyle, 24, of 97 Georgia St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury.

Lisa Luzada, 43, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Charles Potter, 31, of 41 Sunset St. was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Billy Quarels, 48, of 47 Blackhall St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Shalimar Brown-McNeill, 22, of 48B Nob Hill Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to a violation.

Rashan Denzel Lancaster, 23, of 14 Quincy Court, Groton, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.


Nicholas Depina, 38, of 117 Talman St. was charged Friday with two counts of breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Jordan Lyle, 21, of 50 Palmer St., Apt. 33, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lights illuminated.

Alexis A. Garcia, 29, of 6 Bridge St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

State police — Montville

Cherylyn Lombardo, 43, of 22 Dydo Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Keith Diaz, 37, of 3 Broadview Ave., Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving with a refused, suspended or revoked registration or license, traveling at an unreasonable speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and illegal carry of a firearm while intoxicated.

Arun Kum Kumar Pandey, 36, of Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Oct. 15 in Waterford with engaging police in pursuit and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Michael Jordan Gomez, 25, of 92 Hobart Ave., Norwich, was charged Oct. 14 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.


Elmartine Anderson, 37, of Hartford was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.
