    Police: Two arrested in New London after drugs, stun guns found

    New London — Two New London residents were arrested on drug and other charges Tuesday after police found cocaine, heroin and stun guns at a residence on Moore Avenue, according to a police department news release.

    Henry Badillo, 35, and Julie Kozlowski, 28, both of 32 Moore Ave., were charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and criminal possession of an electronic defense weapon, the release said.

    About 10:15 a.m., New London Police Department VICE & Narcotics officers and members of the Connecticut State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force-East served a search and seizure warrant at the residence, the release said. In addition to the drugs and stun guns, police said they seized $1,147.
