Gregory W. Frasure Jr., 28, of 608 Shennecossett Road was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jivonna Maddox, 28, of 64 Jefferson Ave., Unit 1, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm.
