Alfred Brewer, 46, of 138 Kitemaug Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher Willis, 32, of 1500 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of a small amount of cannabis-type substance and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license or registration.

Lawrence Foster, 53, of Jewett City was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with violation of a protective order.
