Scott Panganiban, 18, of 78 Ginger Drive, Groton, was charged April 6 in Marlborough with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Tirso Madera, 35, of 404 Bridge St., Groton, was charged April 6 in Colchester with violation of a protective order.

State police - Montville

Abraham Powell, 27, of 42 South A St., Taftville, was charged Wednesday in Waterford with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, operating or parking an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Jennifer Marini, 42, of Taunton, Mass., was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive on the right.

Waterford

Jeffrey Langlois, 36, of 27 East Shore Drive, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Daniel Casado, 20, of 94 Old Colchester Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast in a construction zone and interfering with an officer.
