Joshua Jarvis, 18, of 38 Cranston Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with reckless driving and following too close with intent to harass.

Jayvon Patillo, 19, of 199 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Joshua James, 26, of 65 West Coit St. was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Tyrone N. Scott, 31, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Joseph W. Murphy, 33, of Millbury, Mass., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Connor Hillyer, 18, of West Kingston, R.I., was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Robert Foster, 53, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Thursday with breach of peace and unlawful restraint.

Jonathan Martin, 25, of Webster, Mass., was charged April 11 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Alexander Garamy, 23, of Southbridge, Mass., was charged April 11 with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree assault.

Kristina Kent, 33, of Salisbury, Mass., was charged April 9 with breach of peace.

Edwin Pacheco, 44, of North Windham was charged April 9 with third-degree assault and two counts of breach of peace.

Amanda Lincoln, 31, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged April 4 with breach of peace.

Christopher Quintero, 23, whose last known address is 3 Pequot Village, was charged April 4 with breach of peace.

Vincent Bianca, 60, of Middletown was charged April 2 with breach of peace and threatening.

Alcides Ballestas, 26, of Newington was charged April 1 with breach of peace.

Henry Sanchez, 38, of New Britain was charged March 31 with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency call.

Caitlin Montesano, 29, of Watertown was charged March 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and first-degree larceny.

Keith-Kalani Sebastian, 36, of 42 Fanning Drive was charged March 29 on a warrant with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Bethany Ballard, 28, of 33 Huntington Place, Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged March 29 with criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and reckless endangerment.

Jeremy Traxler, 27, of 3 Hickory Drive, Ledyard, was charged March 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Raymond Fuentes, 37, of 33 Huntington Place, Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Alexander Cornish, 22, of 130 State St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, sixth-degree larceny, unauthorized parking in a handicap space and failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Theodore James, 22, of 191 New London Road, Salem, was charged Tuesday with first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.
