    New London

    David Rodriguez-Luna, 24, of 57 Alger Place was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Anderson Paiz, 21, of 14 Colman St. was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order and interfering with police.

    Joshua Jakubowski, 37, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with possession of hallucinogens.

    Christopher William Pina, 23, of 8 Clement St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marlene Pabon, 36, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer, first-degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Angela Dotolo, 40, of 54 Jefferson Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police — Montville

    Damian Nadeau, 20, of Willimantic was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle by a person under 21 with a BAC exceeding 0.02 percent, operation of a motor vehicle with a child passenger while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or while having an elevated BAC, and risk of injury to a minor.

    Waterford

    David Lord, 44, of New Bedford was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rajaidia Brown, 24, of 66 West Coit St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license and tinting windows without a sticker.

    Roberto Urrutia, 22, of Bolles Court was charged Friday with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have tail lamps and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license.

    Veronica Astacio, 19, of 78 Hunts Brook Road was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
