    East Lyme

    Juan C. Montoya, 57, of Norwalk was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Groton City

    Kelly Babulsky, 39, of 66 Cutler St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with cellphone use while driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to maintain minimum insurance and misuse of plates.

    Ahmad R. Green, 39, of 38 North Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Kirk A. Frew, 49, of 261 Rixtown Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Patrick Marr, 30, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice.

    Marshal A. Johnson, 30, of 27 Sycamore Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, second-degree strangulation, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

    Abijah Cassou, 25, of 33 Converse Place was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Aaron Williams, 24, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to carry insurance card and evading responsibility.

    Ivan Estevez-Rodriguez, 21, of 182 Sandy Lane was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Christa Judd, 22, of 282 Connecticut Blvd., Montville, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, criminal impersonation and driving without a license.

    Thomas Winston Jr., 31, of 210 Riverview Lane was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Trayvon Dunning, 24, of Hartford was charged Friday in Montville with possession of marijuana and conveying an unauthorized substance into an institution.

    Jared A. Bean, 29, of 56 Roosevelt Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Bonnie Ann McDonald, 32, of 1 George St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of marijuana and sixth-degree larceny.
