    East Lyme

    Timothy C. Sargent, 50, of 19 Fairlawn St., Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Groton Town

    Spencer Mugford, 20, of Farmington was charged Tuesday with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content, speeding, failure to obey traffic signal, failure to drive in proper lane, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Bonnie Ramirez, 64, of 39 Broad St. Ext., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Marisa Mora, 31, of Clinton was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Beth Pella, 53, of no certain address was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Casey McFarland, 26, of 74 Crown Knoll Court was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jonathan Amico, 24, of Danvers, Mass., was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Ashley Ferreira, 24, of Billerica, Mass., was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Amber Turner, 26, of New Haven was charged Saturday with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

    Joshua A. Cunningham, 25, of Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    James Mendes, 26, of Randolph, Mass., was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

    Tyrone L. Sparks, 38, of Waterbury was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny.

    Stacy Lapointe, 35, of Cromwell was charged May 14 with criminal attempt to commit third-degree forgery.

    Timothy Pettis, 28, of Dover, N.H., was charged May 14 with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

    Jamie Carter, 33, of 451 Meridian St. Ext., Groton, was charged May 14 with fourth-degree larceny.

    Brian Mahoney, 65, of Winchester, Mass., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jon Hill, 23, of Providence, R.I., was charged May 13 with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jodi Brookman, 25, of East Hampton was charged May 11 with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

    Kente Parker, 34, was charged May 11 with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Andrew Dunne, 23, of Westford, Mass., was charged May 5 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Jodin Gallo, 30, of Fall River, Mass., was charged May 4 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Keith Jones, 27, of Willimantic was charged Monday with violation of a restraining order and disorderly conduct.

    Joshua C. James, 26, of 65 W. Coit St., second floor, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of conditions of release.

    Nicole Geer, 20, of 12 Pond St., Unit A, Norwich, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Antoine M. Knight, 28, of 227 Ledyard St. was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Matthew Boardley, of 103 Norwood Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving without a seat belt.

    Maribel Lugardo Grey, 29, of 151 Crystal Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Patrick Dicesare, 23, of 1223 Pequot Trail was charged Tuesday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

    Fabiola Selamaj, 29, of 173 S. Broad St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rafael Antonio Suarez, 49, of 812 Stonington Road, Apt. 119, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a refused or suspended license, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, improper use of marker registration or license, failure to drive on the right, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Cody Brookens, 25, of 51 Church St., Apt. 21, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive on the right.

    Nathaniel Nubile, 40, of 201 Narragansett Ave., Apt. 112, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, minor injury or intent to cause injury, second-degree breach of peace and threatening.

    Katie Kennedy, 33, of 73 Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to grant right of way.

    David Ditmore, 44, of Jewett City was charged Thursday with driving with a refused or suspended license or registration, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

    John Gabriele, 51, of Westerly was charged May 15 with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Irene Carol Bessette, 70, of 133 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged May 15 with third-degree identity theft.

    Wally Arthur Kripps Jr., 30, of 109 Stillman Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged May 15 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, minor injury or intent to cause injury, and first-degree strangulation.

    Tesche Gray, 33, of 25 Brainard Road, New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates.

    Connor Gilson, 25, of 5 McClellan Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Danielle Barberi, 32, of 6 Mitchell Court, New London, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered vehicle, use of cellphone while driving, insurance failing to meet minimum requirements and misuse of plates.

    Olga Vasylyeva, 30, of 70 Farmington Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of narcotics.
