    New London

    Pedro Feliciano, 52, of 31 Blinman St. was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jacky Dely, 30, of 28 Lewiston Court, Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree custodial interference.

    Alan Edwards Jr., 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Leatoya Richardson, 41, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Simon Cogswell-DeAngelis, 19, of Westerly was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to infraction.

    Joan Freeman, 45, of Newark, Del., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Edgar Sanchez Jr., 25, of 169 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Juan Burgos, 49, of 195 Williams St. was charged Thursday with evading responsibility.

    Esther Vivier, 28, of 244 Franklin St. was charged Wednesday with driving with suspended registration.

    Willianov Dorvilier, 19, of 72 Coit St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Antonio Alers, 63, of New Britain was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening and harassment.

    Devon Pugh, 18, of 183 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Sprague with sale of narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance.

    Carl Richard, 18, of Baltic was charged Friday in Sprague with possession of narcotic substance with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

    Shaun Strickland, 38, of Bozrah was charged Friday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Kenneth Macfarland, 22, of Griswold was charged Thursday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
