New London — A missing Norwich toddler was found safe Monday afternoon with his mother in New London, according to Norwich police.

Leland Wysoczynski, 2, had been missing since Saturday evening when Norwich Police issued a Silver Alert. Wysoczynski was thought at the time to be with his mother, Lindsey Wysoczynski.

City police confirmed Saturday that Lindsey Wysoczynski, 25, was one of four people arrested last week after police said they yelled racist epithets at a woman who tried to intervene in their attack on a man in the middle of Boswell Avenue in Norwich.
