    Groton Town

    Monique Theriault, 62, of Bristol, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    John A. Crosby III, 32, of 180 Midway Oval was charged Saturday with second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

    Wilberto J. Cruz, 46, of 8 Meryl Court was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Frank R. Mazzella, 34, of 119 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving and speeding.

    Stonington

    Edwin Baez, 27, of 232 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged Friday with four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, criminal violation of a protective order and conspiracy to commit second-degree stalking.

    Jason R. Brimlow, 39, of 57 Grisowld St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

    Jacob Gendreau, 21, of Hermon, Maine, was charegd Saturday with evading responsibility and driving without minimum insurance.

    Kevin Gibson, 33, of 3 Voluntown Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps and passing in a no passing zone.

    Nicole K. Schara, 33, of 135 Oral School Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, improper use of markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

    Douglas K. Marshall, 32, of 16 Russ Sim Heights, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
