    Carl M. Brandon, 45, of 140 Meridian St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Tiffany L. Brandon, 44, of 140 Meridian St. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Brooke Nicole Corcoran, 26, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Keithkalani D. Sebastian, 36 of 42 Fanning Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with six counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and violating a protective order.

    Jennifer G. Macomber, 37, of 129 Dewey Ave. was charged Wednesday with violating a protective order.

    Alyssa Urbinati, 22, of 222 West Thames St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing in a no-pass zone and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Stephen Riter, 50, of 75 Crescent St. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Shirley Moss, 52, of 75 Crescent St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Brianna Van Wechel, 25, of 54 Eleventh St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and strangulation.

    Evens Museau, 41, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation, interfering with police and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Tynika Jones, 32, of 303 Mohegan Park Road was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree failure to appear in court and third-degree assault.

    Kristen Gunning, 43, of Colchester was charged Thursday in Baltic with second-degree breach of peace.

    Heidi Diamond, 44, of Baltic was charged Thursday in Baltic with second-degree breach of peace.

    Mark Diamond, 48, of Baltic was charged Thursday in Baltic with second-degree breach of peace.

    Michael Cote, 62, of Baltic was charged Thursday in Baltic with second-degree breach of peace.

    Terry Brick, 46, of 24 Old Colchester Road Ext., Oakdale, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Robert E. Gentile II, 54, of 173 Route 12, Apt. 125, Groton, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Karen L. Hanson, 40, of 6 Woodland Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving while using a hand-held cellphone.

    Shirley J. Orbe, 34, of 113 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with first-degree reckless endangerment.

    James C. Ragonese, 25, of 13 Green Meadow Road, Apt., 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jade Jones, 20, of 13 Green Meadow Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Scott M. Keller, 47, of Pembroke, Mass., was charged Tuesday with violation of home improvement regulations and fifth-degree larceny.

    Jarrod T. Edgar, 27, of 22 Fountain St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Corey M. Randolph Jr., 23, of 275 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Nicholas Fisher, 39, of 724 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gina Sementilli, 32, of 280 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    David Peikes, 54, of 5 E. Wharf Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
