    East Lyme

    Avery M. Hallbrooks, 28, of 1 High St., Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

    Santos Ortiz, 53, of 5 Sutton Place, Groton, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Yohendy Gonzalez, 19, of 22 Harbor View St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with violation of probation and criminal mischief.

    Jose Serrano, 27, of Vernon was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Delbert Street, 56, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with first-degree trespassing.

    Alexander Newhall, 26, of 61 Renee Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with assault on a police officer, interfering with police and two counts of breach of peace.

    Kelli Smith 51, of 44 Franklin St. Apt. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Savanna Butler, 31, of 211 W. Thames St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    William Grandy, 45, of 21A Pond St. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a 911 call and being a fugitive from justice.

    Nicholas Navedo, 45, of Putnam was charged Thursday in Griswold with criminal impersonation and interfering with police.

    Andre Patterson, 51, of 42 Benjamin Road, Preston, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and improper number of headlights.

    Jakir Gomez, 21, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Jocelyn Barnes, 19, of 5 Phillip Lane, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
