Julia Montuoro, 51, of 324 Boswell Ave., Unit 4, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

George Montuoro, 47, of 324 Boswell Ave., Unit 4, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Manuela Brown, 32, of 361 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and having insufficient insurance.

Enchantee Payner, 30, of 316 Norwich Ave., Unit 1, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.
