East Lyme

Thomas Hillyer, 21, of 12 Cardinal Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

New London

Danielle Betancourt, 29, of 355 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Davon Fauntleroy, 26, of 19 Terrace Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening.

Lindsey Wysoczynski, 25, of 200 Central Ave., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Julie Wysoczynski, 35, of 707 Colman St., Apt. 140, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Willie Barnes, 34, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

William Garrett, 54, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Wednesday on a warrant with tampering with evidence, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence and removal of the body of a deceased person.

Norwich

Enchantee Pryne, 30, of 35 Great Plain Road was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.

Waterford

Jesse Mangelinkx, 28, of 123 Midway Oval, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, insurance coverage failing to meet minimum standards, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.
