    Groton City

    Catherine Davila, 26, of 74 Mather Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

    Holli Manley, 29, of 95 Litton Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

    Daniel R. Jennings, 28, of 37 Fieldside Drive, Apt. D, was charged Monday with interfering with an emergency call and two counts of third-degree assault.

    Wayne L. Perry, 49, of 43 Division St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

    Stephanie Edwards, 38, of 7 Prest St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal impersonation, driving with a suspended license and stop sign violation.

    Groton Town

    Antony R. Orbe, 30, of 8 Harvard Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

    Danitra L. Ferguson, 34, of 216 Ocean Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree false statement and four counts of illegally issuing a false prescription.

    New London

    Antonio L. Velez, 36, of 31 Chappell St., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with driving an unregistered or uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and misuse of marker plates.

    Jose Negron, 41, of 19 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael V. Staphos, 44, of 7 Center Road, Waterford, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice.

    Stonington

    Remi Rokosa, 23, of Charles town, R.I., was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and breach of peace.

    Adrian A. Negron, 22, of 194 Valley View Road, Sterling, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Waterford

    Steven Hasselbacher, 24, of 40 Sholes Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to properly signal a turn.

    Christina Barriosnuevo, 25, of East Hartford was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to properly signal a turn.

    Equan Brown, 24, of no certain address was charged Monday with illegal use of another person's credit card, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, attempting to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance.
