    Roberto A. DeGuardiaola, 23, of Newport, R.I., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Gabriel Andronic, 21, of Bridgewater, Mass., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Christian Ungrelli, 24, of 146 Stoddards Wharf Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Oct. 24 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Gordon Feiner, 22, of West Hartford was charged Oct. 24 with breach of peace.

    Jose A. Contreras, 30, of Hartford was charged Oct. 22 with third-degree assault.

    Joseph H. Puglisi, 50, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged Oct. 19 with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and fifth-degree larceny.

    David A. Cieri, 27, of Strasburg, Pa., was charged Oct. 17 with third-degree assault.

    John L. Erlagen, 33, of Jersey City, N.J., was charged Oct. 17 with third-degree assault.

    Matthew J. Kirchoff, 58, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Oct. 15 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Zhengwei Zhao, 53, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Jeffrey Lyman Hunt, 46, of 226 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Alexis John Vilar, 29, of Danbury was charged Oct. 24 with possession of more than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute.

    Thomas Truong, 52, of West Hartford was charged Oct. 21 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Andrew Joseph Payne, 29, of Bethel was charged Oct. 21 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Keith Manson, 57, of Providence, R.I., was charged Oct. 20 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Eric Perkins, 31, of East Haven was charged Oct. 8 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Ann Botelho, 48, of Middletown was charged Oct. 6 with breach of peace.

    Mariah Hallisey, 24, of 28 Fourth Ave., Waterford, was charged Monday with assault on medical personnel.

    Leatoya Richardson, 41, of no certain address was charged Monday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ryan Crandon, 27, of 29 Golden St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

    Norwich

    Edward Rainville, 75, of 9 Roseway St., New London was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Karina R. Mcree, 31, of 321 Main St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates.

    Jonathan M. Zadora, 27, of 71 Division St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.
