    East Lyme

    Keith A. Fontaine, 42, of 106 N. Main St., Apt. 5, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions.

    Groton City

    Harold L. Griggs, 65, of 81 Riverview Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Rigoberto Ramos-Almonte, 22, of 59 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving while registration or license is refused or suspended.

    Kevin Smith, 34, of 3 Colonial Drive was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, threatening, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

    Teresa S. Perry, 57, of 314 Shennecossett Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Groton Town

    John Andrew Cosby III, 32, of 180 Midway Oval was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief and violation of protective order.

    Michael T. Hodges, 59, of 19 Summer St., No. 1, New London, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

    Kathrine G. Stevens, 44, of 33 Plymouth Ave. South was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Kristen M. Anderson, 49, of 78 Morse Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, possession of drugs/marijuana and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Clayton G. Dacosta, 43, of Decatur, Ga., was charged Monday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kayla A. Paris, 24, of 3 Ridge St., No. 7E, was charged Sunday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Raymond B. Valentin, 39, of 1 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Angela D. Cardot, 45, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Friday with criminal impersonation, failure to renew motor vehicle registration and driving while under suspension.

    Renato G. Ramos, 24, of 335 Judson Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

    Stacey Stenz, 37, of 281 Garden Ave., Apt. 2E, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Norwich

    Helga Lopes, 36, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Corey J. Barnes, 31, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Peter Johansen, 32, of 597 Canterbury Road, Canterbury, was charged Friday in Lisbon with driving while under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive right.

    Stonington

    Anthony L. Florence, 38, of 29 Willow St., Apt. 2, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Diego Velasquez, 22, of East Hartford was charged Monday with driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license and tinting windows without sticker.

    Brittany Scott, 29, of 45 Lisa Lane, Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    David Rapillo, 44, of 12 Rankin Court, Montville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Dana Warner, 58, of 855 Bank St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    David Preston, 20, of 180 Norwood Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving while license is suspended, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
