    Groton City

    Marcella F. McWeeney, 30, of 68 Kings Highway was charged Saturday with driving when registration or license is refused or suspended and failure to obey control signal.

    Groton Town

    Martin Brunner, 55, of 83 Leafwood Lane, No. 221, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rachel M. Sanborn, 37, of 2 Williams St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Michelle Lyn Mokrzewski, 46, of 45 Pleasant St., Groton City, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, traveling too fast for conditions, making an improper turn and failure to carry license. 

    Norwich

    Michael Walsh, 50, of 31 Fowler Ave. was charged Monday with following too close and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Erika Suarez, 37, of 108 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Daniel Cheval, 35, of 18 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, violation of a protective order and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Andrew Kendzierski, 49, of 19 Park St. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

    Stonington

    Elizabeth A. Terico, 61, of 45 Sisk Drive, Apt. 12-3, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Antoinette D. Boss, 54, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Ricky A. Seekins, 35, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Curtner Akin, 42, of 36 North Road was charged Monday with second-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
