Waterford police seek missing 16-year-old boy

Waterford — Police are seeking a 16-year-old boy who went missing Friday.

Police said Elijah Nieves is a black male who has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Nieves was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, sweatpants and white shoes.
