Groton City

Mark Birdsell Jr., 31, of Moosup was charged Wednesday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton Town 

Pedro M. Santiago, 20, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Wednesday on warrants for violation of a protective order and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Isaiah Hutchins, 21, of 91 Buddington Road, Lot No. 18, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Hamear J. Stephens, 18, of 34 Joliet Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

New London

Christopher Clark, 43, of 195D Williams St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree strangulation, second-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Zachary R. Crudale, 24, of Plaistow, N.H., was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Alberta Fletcher, 66, of 105 Garfield Ave. was charged Monday with animal cruelty, failure to vaccinate dog and having an unlicensed dog.

Norwich

Casey Woolworth, 34, of 4 Broadway Terrace, Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
