East Lyme

Clifford S. Lamourine, 31, of 11 Fairhaven Road was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

Joshua Griswold, 23, of 86 Mill Rock Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Michael A. Strube, 61, of 13 Bayview Ave., Niantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jonas L. Heaukulani, 23, of 108 E. Pattagansett Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Yencey Diaz, 34, of 44 Reed St., No. 2, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Natasha Rivera, 26, of 44 Reed St., No. 2, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Abbot Dinoto, 75, of 44 Orchard St., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal mischief.

Freddie Cruz, 47, of 12 Cutler St., was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

William A. Esannason, 38, of 96 Michael Road, Apt. B, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drug and passing on the right.

Wendy Jailiardo, 50, of 150 Yantic St., #302, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and improper parking.

Christine A. Laey, 49, of 35 Lambert Dr. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jason Watson, 38, of 15 Blueberry Hill Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and driving a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device.

Edwin Rodriguez, 29, of 30 Germania Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with a police officer.

Robert Millwood, 35, of 18 Dillon Lane was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Lorey Babbitt, 31, of 41 Otis St. #2 was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have face protection.

State Police – Montville

Anthony Spinelli, 47, of Leominster, Mass. was charged Sunday in Montville with driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny.

Alexandra Newsome, 22, of 38 Will St., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Marcus Venson, 30, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Saturday in Groton with reckless driving, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (third offense).

Jennyliz Vega, 35, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged Friday in East Lyme with being a fugitive from justice.

Nathaniel S. Lindsay, 24, of 9 Brentford Berwick, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Thomas Thompson, 51, of 70 Iron St., Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Waterford

Maxwell Satti, 22, of 91 Niles Hill Road, New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
