Groton City

Andre Kirkwood, 21, of 178 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Bow Johnson, 22, of 369 Long Hill Road, No. 43, Groton Town, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation.

Rebecca K. Mcduffee, 34, of 71 School St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to renew registration. 

Brian Riley, 30, of 90 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey posted traffic sign.

Groton Town 

Tyion M. Motley, 40, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 821, was charged Monday on four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Todd Morang, 35, of 173 Route 12, No. 307, was charged Sunday with misuse of the highway by pedestrian and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Stephon L. Payne, 22, of 57 South Road, No. 9B, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

David A. Meadows, 22, of 944 Long Cove Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey stop sign, failure to maintain lane, traveling unreasonably fast, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, engaging police in pursuit and interfering/resisting arrest.

John M. Desandre, 59, of Meriden was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Russell A. MacDonald, 32, of Lebanon was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and speeding.

Michael Young, 53, of 1290 North Road, No. 3, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Charles Jamal Wilson, 29, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a permit, weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Montreece J. Prather, 30, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a firearm, weapon in a motor vehicle and carrying a pistol without a permit.

Evan H. Weiss, 35, of Bristol was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Kyle P. Gerrish, 35, of 13 Anna Farm Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to renew motor vehicle registration.

Robert T. Magalis, 48, of 151 Ann Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane and driving without a license.

Dominique Lucas, 25, of 11 High St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Ashley Caswell, 24, of 11 High St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Roland G. Madore, 44, of 98 Brickyard Road, Preston, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of less than half-ounce marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to have stop lamps.

Geoffrey B. Slack, 31, of 71 Mechanic St., No. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and two counts of assault on a police officer.

Norwich

Michael Cole, 54, of 150 Norwich Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anthony Penn, 49, of 482 N. Main St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Jaclyn L. Ali, 30, of Jewett City was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal mischief.

Tajudeen Sosanya, 78, of 15½ Terrace Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and having defective brake lights.

Ryan Wilson, 29, of 37 S. Second Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

State police — Montville 

Colby Jay Andrew, 26, of 31 Parks Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lit tail lamps.

John Belardo, 39, of 58 Noble Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Bow Johnson, 22, of 151 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday in Montville on a warrant for driving without minimum insurance, driving while under suspension and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Waterford

Paul Crotty, 35, of 9 Riverside Drive was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Radack, 51, of 270 Boston Post Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Heather Gagnon, 51, of 139 Four Mile River Road, Old Lyme, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.
