Anthony Kobyluck, 32, of 593 Rte. 82, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and operation of motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock device.

Waterford

Timothy Gage, 49, of no certain address was charged Friday with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation (intent) and interfering with an emergency call.
