Terry Shell, 60, of 341 Lestertown Road, Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to move over for a nonemergency vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
Kuahilla Burl, 42, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Monday with two counts of breach of peace.
Marcus Clack, 47, of 23 Kenyon Road, Waterford, was charged Monday with failure to have lit headlamps and driving with a suspended license.
Daniel Scott, 31, of 320 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Sunday with three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, two counts of breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and violation of a restraining order.
Rayquan Warren, 24, of 252 Montauk Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry minimum insurance.
