Dyjaebaren Orchart Jr., 20, of 156 Garfield Avenue, Apt. 1, New London, was charged July 7 with breach of peace.

Waterford

Deidre Camby, 45, of 46 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.

Nicholas Cibarich, 24, of 4 Meadow Wood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Michael Soto-Valentin, 30, of 27 Daniels Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
