Ricky Fort Jr., 20, of 206 Jefferson Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with police.

Dwayne Reals, 51, of 9 Hope St., No. 1, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police- Montville

William J. Henegar, 20, of 29 Willow Lane, East Lyme, was charged July 4 with carrying a dangerous weapon and first-degree criminal mischief.


Dwayne C. Toporowski, 39, of 6 Green Hills Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving with suspended license.

Anthony Martin, 50, of 420 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

Erin J. Sieczkiewicz, 35, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Wally A. Kripps Jr., 31, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged  Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.
