John E. Kasnarski Jr., 34, of 48 Michael Lane, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Gregory Bullard, 33, of 34 Prospect St. was charged Aug. 3 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
David Gonzales Franco Jr., 25, of 36 Wilmot Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
Kassandra Jacobik, 28, of 204 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.
