    Michele Tillman, 50, of 57 Colver St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and engaging an officer in pursuit.

    Allan Lee Phillips, 66, of 16 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with two counts of failure to register as a sexual offender.

    Euclides Depina, 21, of 128 Sandy Lane was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ashley C. Johnson, 27, of California was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Christopher Kotyk, 35, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

    William Gauthier, 26, of York, Maine, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Wally Arthur Kripps Jr., 31, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 22, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Michael Sprague, 48, of Somersworth, N.H., was charged Monday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Marcus Everett, 25, of 10 Deer Ridge Road, Old Mystic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Clinton Czikowsky, 32, of Moosup was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Nicholas Greene, 34, of Branford was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Aaron Donald Grigg, 25, of Parkville, Md., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast for conditions and failure to drive right.

    Robert Chavez Segovia, 22, of 47 South Road, Apt. 11A, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and distracted driving/moving violation resulting in an accident.

    Keenan Tinsley Patel Armstead, 21, of 242 Greenmanville Ave., Mystic, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    David Hooper, 47, of 19 Providence-New London Turnpike, Apt. B, North Stonington, was charged Aug. 7 with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.
