Donald Smith, 32, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Katelyn Vitkauskas, 31, of 3 Jefferson Drive, East Lyme, was charged Friday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of first-degree failure to appear in court.
Marc Connelly, 52, of 112 Broad St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Heather Golemba, 43, of 21 Beldon St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
