Daniel R. Tavares, 34, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Richard S. Reutlinger, 56, of Framingham, Mass., was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Stonington
Jaime Laine, 44, of 36 Haley's Way, was charged Friday with second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.
John Babin, 55, of 22 Downer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Michael L. Servidio, 36, of 10 Fairview Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to have minimum insurance.
Samantha Petrowski, 22, of 42 Anthony St., Apt. 16, Griswold, was charged Aug. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, driving without a license and failure to drive right.
