Ledyard police search for missing 38-year-old man
Ledyard — Town police issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday evening for a missing 38-year-old man.
Matthew Powaleny is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5-foot-10 and weighs about 175 pounds. A clothing description was not provided.
Powaleny has been missing since Sept. 5, police said.
Anyone who may know his location is asked to call Ledyard police at (860) 464-6400.
