Waldemar Rodriguez, 36, of New Britain was charged Sunday with stop sign violation, disobeying signal of an officer and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brittni Eccleston, 25, of 47 South Road, 12B, was charged Sunday with driving with a child passenger while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane, improper turn, failure to have insurance, evading responsibility and risk of injury to a minor.

Raymond S. Swain, 28, of 26 Gallup Lane, Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, disobeying signal of an officer, possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or dispense, and possession of drug paraphernalia associated with marijuana.

Robert Goldberg, 42, of East Hartford was charged Saturday on a warrant for violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment and a warrant for violation of a restraining order.

Jose L. Ledesma, 37, of Westerly was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Neal A. Foster, 24, of 175 Broadway, Apt. 9, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an officer and risk of injury.

Steven Alan Meronek, 66, of Plainfield was charged Aug. 29 in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Christine Lynn Chester, 22, of Griswold was charged Aug. 31 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Dylan James Newth, 26, of Manchester was charged Aug. 30 in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Jonathan D. Tefft, 26, of 730 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
