New London police investigating possible shots fired at convenience store

New London -- Police say they are investigating a Saturday night disturbance involving several people and possible shots fired in the parking lot of the H&T Mart at 1 Ocean Ave.

There were no injuries.

Police said they received a call at 11:08 p.m. and after arriving at the convenience store canvassed the area and collected evidence.

Police said the incident did not appear to be a random act and they continue to investigate.
