    Police logs — Oct. 21, 2019

    Mashantucket

    Vicent Bernardo, 55, of North Haven, was charged Oct. 13 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Janice L. Mello, 67, of Venice, Fla., was charged Oct. 13 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Lisa Pabon, 27, of 18 Tilton St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace. 

    New London

    James Robinson, 44, of 145 Garfield Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Stephanie Nieves-Figueroa, 28, 32 1/2 Truman St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kuahilla Burr, 43, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Christopher Staplins, 39, of 14 Rose Garden Lane, Norwich, was charged Oct. 19 with fourth-degree sexual assault, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, creating public disturbance and sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle.

    James Roseboro, 53, of 152 Broad St. Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right, having an improper registration or license and driving without a license.

    Michael Allen, 22, of Kingston, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive right and failure to have lights lit.

    State Police - Montville

    Connor Leblanc, 23, of 108 Mell Road, Lisbon, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Allen Coates, 30, of 104 Drozdyk Drive, Groton, was charged Thursday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.
