Delano R. Relaford, 18, of 483 E. Main St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Eric K. Smith, 47, of 10 Reuvan Drive, Ledyard, was charged Oct. 11 with failure to use turn signal and driving with a suspended license.

State police — Montville

Wilfredo Nival, 31, of 59 Learned St., New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.
