Brian Cedano, 19, of Providence, R.I., was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree breach of peace.
Peter Biron, 33, Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
Vanessa Segalla, 25, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Nov. 4 with second-breach breach of peace.
Tiana Curtis, 37, of East Hartford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Scott M. Keilty, 58, of 17 Michelle Lane, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
Miguel Cordero, 32, of 18 Adelaide St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to respond to a violation and failure to respond to an infraction.
