Police: 'Endangered runaway' from New London found safe

Police have canceled a Silver Alert for a 12-year-old boy who was missing from New London and considered an "endangered runaway."

The alert was issued earlier in the day Thursday. Later in the evening, police said the boy, Carlos Rolon, had been found safe.
