Stephen Richard Knower Jr., 48, of 366 W. Thames St., No. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alejandro Caraballo, of 90 North St., Unit 2J, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
