Jaron L. Wilbur, 27, of 237 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Kendra E. Shuck, 29, of 7 Goulart Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

Nicole Micklus, 24, of 100 Indian Field Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper turn/stop-no signal and failure to obey stop sign.

Celeste E. Freemer, 52, of 19 Chester St., No. 3, New London, was charged Thursday on a warrant for violation of probation.

David Gonzales Franco, 25, of 9 Nordon Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with violation of protective order, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis and interfering with an officer or resisting arrest.

Gary A. Feld-Calverley, 30, of 233 H St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, interfering with an officer or resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Amiracle S. David, 30, of 41 Fountain St. was charged Feb. 10 with driving with a suspended license.

Jason E. Menzel, 42, of 24 Merchants Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
