    New London

    Jorge Santana, 39, of 281 State St., Apt. 106, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    David Lyons, 54, of 41 Ivy Court, Groton, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief and violation of probation.

    Benjamin Baker III, 41, of Bridgeport was charged Thursday with bribery.

    Lorenzo Desantis, 24, of Aces High RV Park, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, carrying a pistol without a permit, carrying a weapon in a vehicle without a permit and criminal possession of a firearm.

    Rafael Pacheco, 25, of 34 Fourth Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, drinking while driving, speeding, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of marker.

    Mykala Wedler, 22, of Bristol was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Dwayne Anderson, 43, of 29 Twelfth St. was charged Friday with criminal violation of protective order and second-degree threatening.

    Tashi Tsering, 19, of 109 Holly Hill Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with operation of a vehicle by a person under 21 with elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive right.

    State police - Montville

    Samuel Gunther, 23, of Griswold was charged Thursday in Preston with driving with a suspended license and third-degree criminal trespass.

    James Lepage, 31, of Lebanon was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with second-degree arson, reckless burning and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Carrie Linski, 40, of 8 Lathrop Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with fifth-degree larceny.

    Myron Christian, 38, of 5 Smith Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Justin Taylor, 26, of Waterbury was charged Monday in Montville with failure to renew registration, reckless driving, disobeying signal of an officer, failure to comply with pass on right rules, failure to stop on the right side of the road, driving with unsafe tires and driving without tint inspection.
