    Groton City

    Aaron Michael Scott, 25, of 16 Flint Court was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court. 

    Kenneth M. Young, 28, of New Haven was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, sixth-degree assault and third-degree assault.

    Groton Town

    Brian C. Bone, 31, of 702 N. Pleasant Valley Road, No. 204, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Vernon L. Williams, 29, of Hartford was charged Sunday with sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

    Ambria K. Case, 36, of 62 North Road was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Taishia L. Case, 38, of Lexington, N.C., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Christopher F. Nadeau, 46, of Westbrook was charged Saturday with improper use of license, marker or registration, driving without minimum insurance, driving while under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane and use of drug paraphernalia.

    David W. Hooper, 48, of 14 Enterprise Lane, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving while under suspension and speeding.

    Ryan F. Jones, 39, of Killingworth was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.

    Alexander Mikeal, 30, of 181 Dartmouth Drive, Mystic, was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Bridget Donahue, 18, of Westerly was charged May 21 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Symone Green, 22, of 83 Mansfield Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John Morgan, 56, of 64 Scotch Cap Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
