N'namdi N. Smart-Hutchinson, 18, of 23 Cedar St., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving a motor vehicle under suspension, speeding, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to obey stop sign, third-degree larceny and reckless endangerment.
Andrew Williams, 33, of 39 Sullivan Drive was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal mischief.
Ernest Brown, 41, of 8 Oakwood Knoll was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Erick Gracia, 35, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 21C, was charged Monday with third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.
Ryan A. Wade, 25, of 314 Yetter Road, Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment and second-degree stalking.
