Police identify man found shot to death in Norwich
Norwich — Police have released the identity of a man who was found shot to death in his Laurel Hill Avenue apartment in June.
Edward Mcintyre, 66, was found dead about 1:45 p.m. on June 10 inside his home at 52 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 3, according to police.
A medical examiner determined that Mcintyre died from gunshot wounds. He had been shot multiple times, police said.
The shooting appears to have been a targeted attack, police said. No suspects had been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
