Norwich — A local woman faces assault and threatening charges after she allegedly caused a minor arm injury with a knife during a domestic dispute that became physical, police said.

Christine E. Grimes, 44, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, Apt. 123, was charged at 6:30 p.m. Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault and second-degree threatening in the incident.

She was held on a $5,000 bond and arraigned Tuesday in Norwich Superior Court.
