Carol A. Tetlow, 35, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 17, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ericha M. Hauser, 30, of West Kingstown, R.I., was charged Friday with evading responsibility.
